We have needed a fence in the back yard since we moved into our home almost five years ago. Our recent foster... dog turned adopted pack member, Moose, recently chased a squirrel into the woods and led me on a hunt through the neighborhood to return him home. While this company appeared to have done a good job with the installation of our split rail fence four years... ago, they failed miserably honoring their warranty & customer service. Shortly after the installation, the top of a pine tree fell into the rails between two posts. I repaired the fence since this was my issue. 4 years later 6 vertical posts have rotted and broken off at the ground level. While I doubt that such a small tree top could have caused much damage, I offered to pay for 1/3 of the cost of replacing all six rotten fence posts. They refused my offer and agreed to a very small discount, stating that the damage to all 6 posts (rotten and broke off) was not their responsibility.Their 10 year warranty is meaningless and their customer service after receiving payment is terrible.DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!read more

I would never hire someone for such an important project based solely on their price. Fortunately for us,... Fenceworks offered the best price (far lower than the highest bid) and did a job beyond our expectations. We were afraid we might be getting Home Depot-level fencing, but the work is rock solid, built slat by slat with substantial wood, and there is zero "give" to the fencing. It isn't going anywhere. They also handled our request for a double-wide gate on one side, and every corner post and gate post is 6x6, not 4x4.The customer service experience was also superior. Our contact, Brittney, was professional, arrived when she said she would, was there the morning of the install to walk through the job, and returned with her crew to correct a small issue with one part of the fence without complaint.
