The fence looks amazing and we were completely surprised it was done in one day. The work and craftsmanship is very high quality. We had 6 different estimats but we chose FenceWorks of Georgia for reasonable price. This company did a superb job. Thorough communication was with Cody and his crew. Cody the project manager was very knowledgeable and helped with all questions. The professionalism of the crew members was beyond and excellent. They cleaned and cleared everything when the project was completed. We highly recommend FenceWorks of Georgia.

I’ll start at the beginning of—-I called and spoke to a lovely woman. It was a Friday and I said I need some to come by Monday or Tuesday for an estimate—-her reply “we can make that happen”. What a perfect response.Within a half hour Don called me. He said I’ll be there today.Gave us a very fair estimate that was so perfect to submit to our HOA.After a deposit we were scheduled very quickly.Don called or texted every step of the way!!!Fence came out beautiful.We could not be more pleased from first phone call to end result.I highly recommend Don and Fenceworks of Georgia.

Fence Works of Georgia along with Cody Voss replaced our fence at a headwall area at our subdivision. Cody and his team were great. Cody was on time in every situation. From the time of the bid, to the installation, to a minor adjustment of added concrete to 2 posts for greater durability. The team responded immediately to repair of another fence, belonging to a homeowner, the next day that had fallen down. They deserve their 5 Star rating.

Great experience from the quote (the rep showed up on time and was very good to work with) through the entire decision process, to the final install. Crew was very hard working, professional, and did a fantastic high-quality job. I would strongly recommend them for any fence project. I'm really glad that I hired them instead of doing it myself! They did my entire project in one day and it would have taken me several days!Project: install approximately 400 feet of black vinal coated chain link fence plus 4 gates in my back yard, up a steep incline, and connected to my back porch.

Our experience with the FenceWorks team was excellent. Tony was great to work with, super responsive and great at helping design the layout for a 6' steel fence around our backyard. They went above and beyond with their service, removing some wild landscaping that needed to be cleared before the fence could be installed, because my landscape crew couldn't get to that in time. In addition, I wanted to make a last minute change to the fence I'd initially requested, and Tony made the change and treated it like no big deal.I highly recommend them... In fact, we've already engaged them on a 2nd fencing project at our office building.

Jon was thorough with communication while installing our horizontal privacy fence. Antonio and his team were able to get the fence installed in one and a half days (would have been one day but we had rain and some hiccups). The ONLY downside would be the team hitting our cable lines, gas lines, AND main water lines costing an extra 1k out of pocket (that they assured will be reimbursed) but left us with no gas/hot water or cellular service/wifi over night which was a huge inconvenience while wfh and having a small baby to bathe and feed. Other than that, the fence looks phenomenal.

I had a so-so experience with FenceWorks of Georgia. Ultimately, they did build a nice-looking fence, but it took a lot of effort to get there. Here are some issues I encountered:Poor communication- After taking my initial deposit, they never communicated when they had scheduled the install.- They also re-scheduled it multiple times (due to rain) without telling me.- Ultimately, I wasn’t able to be there on install today because of the constant re-scheduling.- They also spelled my wife’s name incorrectly in every email and alternated between calling me sir and ma’am in the same text thread. Not a big deal, but demonstrates their standards of communication.Installation mistakes- The install team built the fence in a different orientation than we discussed — the wire was on the outside. I could’ve prevented this mistake if FenceWorks had been more communicative about the scheduling, but I wasn’t there to supervise the build.- When I mentioned the issue, the FenceWorks rep told me they always build fences with the wire on the outside and that fixing it would require all new materials (doubling the estimated cost), but neither claim was true.- It felt like he was trying to give me the run around, but after I reached out several times, FenceWorks ultimately did fix the issue for free.

Each set of workers did a good job, but there were communication gaps with Don, i.e., the pressure workers showed up quite unexpectedly. The email correspondence from Don had a start date and stated that the pressure washing and staining on our fence would happen after the panels had been replaced (on the start date), but the pressure washers showed up first before the start date. It is understandable though that summer is a busy time. There was only one issue with the paint/stain job, which was properly corrected. All said and done, our fence looks great.

I had the estimator give me an estimate. I did not feel comfortable that he could do it at that price. I had him return and take a second look and he once again gave me the same price. I said ok, do it. I gave him the deposit and he deposited it in the company's bank. When the workers arrived they said they could not do the job without major changes at a much higher price. Not only that, I had to wait almost 10 days to get my deposit back.

Not happy. I came home and saw yellow paint and flags in my front yard. I called 811 and learned this fence company had my front yard marked for utilities. However I never hired this company.I called the rep twice and the company. He didn’t strike me at all as concerned. And tried to make light of it. He said it was a mistake on the paperwork. Another yard was supposed to be marked. Not mine. I didn’t like at all how he handled this.

Fenceworks did great work - estimating was incredibly professional and transparent, they showed up when they said they would and did terrific work. They fixed a failing fence above a retaining wall that I wasn’t sure they’d be able to do, and installed a black aluminum fence along a tree line that blends in perfectly. A++ work. Pancho and the team were incredibly nice and professional. Would recommend.

We have needed a fence in the back yard since we moved into our home almost five years ago. Our recent foster dog turned adopted pack member, Moose, recently chased a squirrel into the woods and led me on a hunt through the neighborhood to return him home. Thankfully, he made it back without getting into too much trouble, but we found ourselves with 3 big dogs, each 90-100 lbs, that desperately needed an adequate place to safely run and play. That was just the motivation needed to finally move forward with the fence project. FenceWorks of GA to the rescue! Cody was very kind and professional ever since the day he came out to provide a very reasonable estimate. He even managed to work us into the schedule five days earlier than planned. While this company appeared to have done a good job with the installation of our split rail fence four years ago, they failed miserably honoring their warranty & customer service. Shortly after the installation, the top of a pine tree fell into the rails between two posts. I repaired the fence since this was my issue. 4 years later 6 vertical posts have rotted and broken off at the ground level. While I doubt that such a small tree top could have caused much damage, I offered to pay for 1/3 of the cost of replacing all six rotten fence posts. They refused my offer and agreed to a very small discount, stating that the damage to all 6 posts (rotten and broke off) was not their responsibility.Their 10 year warranty is meaningless and their customer service after receiving payment is terrible.DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!

Jon is a stand up guy. Fairly priced 275 feet of ranch rail fence. The team installed the fence along the grass area of our backyard but that was about 7ft off the mark we had got the quote for. Jon was understanding and made the fix hassle free with a fair resolution to both sides. The quality, turn around and customer service this company has is outstanding. I would recommend Fenceworks of Georgia to anyone.

Working with Fenceworks was an all around pleasant experience. Don walked the property with me and talked through all options regarding fence type, gates and location and gave me a very fair price. His crew was timely and answered questions from me as they were building the fence. They completed the job in a day and I now have a sturdy, nice looking fence. The only issue was they cut my internet line despite it being clearly marked. This put me out for a couple of days, but Don quickly agreed to compensate me and credited the cost to replace the line. I will definitely call Don again for all my fencing needs.

From the moment we reached out, FenceWorks was incredibly responsive. We were in the process of closing on a home and they were extremely flexible with our timing as we waited for HOA approval. Tim initially came out to discuss fence plans, and then once we received approval, he returned the next day to review some minor changes that the neighborhood requested.After HOA approval, they had our fence up just 2 days later! The installation process was seamless, and we worked with Victorino, who was fantastic. He was meticulous about ensuring the lines were perfect and took extra care around our sprinkler system. There’s also an area leading to a French drain in our backyard, and Victorino was creative in securing it so our dog can’t escape.The project was completed in just one day, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the results. Overall, this company has been a pleasure to work with from start to finish. Highly recommend!

I used Fenceworks recently to have a 6 foot privacy fence placed in the backyard. I had used them previously at our other house. Both times I have been very satisfied. Pepe installed a hinged gate for us (to keep the dog from getting out) which was coordinated, priced and scheduled by Jason from FenceWorks. It all came together very well! I would never hire someone for such an important project based solely on their price. Fortunately for us, Fenceworks offered the best price (far lower than the highest bid) and did a job beyond our expectations. We were afraid we might be getting Home Depot-level fencing, but the work is rock solid, built slat by slat with substantial wood, and there is zero "give" to the fencing. It isn't going anywhere. They also handled our request for a double-wide gate on one side, and every corner post and gate post is 6x6, not 4x4.The customer service experience was also superior. Our contact, Brittney, was professional, arrived when she said she would, was there the morning of the install to walk through the job, and returned with her crew to correct a small issue with one part of the fence without complaint. RELAX. You just found the right fence company for your job.

We wanted a portion of our already fenced back yard to be a dedicated dog run area. It was a job that required a little creativity, and Jason took the time to ask questions and figure out how to accomplish what we wanted. Communication was excellent from start to finish. On the day of the install, there was a mixup on the height of the panels for one section. Jason came by the site and went above and beyond to rectify the issue and the install completed on time and looked fantastic! These guys did a great job fixing my metal fence gate. It's a tall, heavy steel ornamental gate, and they fixed the hinge, welded it back together, and painted everything to match. The price was also extremely reasonable! 5/5, would recommend.
