FenceWorks of Georgia has a warranty on all labor related to fence installation for a period of ten years against any defects in workmanship and materials. Once a gate is in place, FenceWorks of Georgia will adjust gates at no charge for a period forty – five days after contract date provided abuse is not evident. There’s even a wood picket exchange policy which states that FenceWorks of Georgia will exchange up to 15% of the pickets within ten years of contract date. (This material replacement does not include any labor cost.) As far as the manufacturer’s warranty, FenceWorks of Georgia will fully honor manufactures warranties for materials used in every installation

I would never hire someone for such an important project based solely on their price. Fortunately for us,... Fenceworks offered the best price (far lower than the highest bid) and did a job beyond our expectations. We were afraid we might be getting Home Depot-level fencing, but the work is rock solid, built slat by slat with substantial wood, and there is zero "give" to the fencing. It isn't going anywhere. They also handled our request for a double-wide gate on one side, and every corner post and gate post is 6x6, not 4x4.The customer service experience was also superior. Our contact, Brittney, was professional, arrived when she said she would, was there the morning of the install to walk through the job, and returned with her crew to correct a small issue with one part of the fence without complaint.
